Complimenti!! Sarebbe bello con i sottotitoli in Italiano.
Thank you. RUclips doesn't translate the subtitles into Italian?
Wait when did you go cause I went last week on sunday
I went a couple of years ago. How did you like it? What was your favorite ride/slide?
Very helpful !- I never realized when you are humming, you are exhaling air through your nose. If I pinch my nose closed and try to hum, you can't do it. When I swim, I start with a hum, then I stop humming and force air through my nose, then I would stop exhaling and try to hum again, then I might switch to blowing air through my mouth- a totally inconsistent pattern. Even though I was actively exhaling, I would get that feeling that I needed to breathe and felt like there was excess air trapped in my body that was trying to get out. I would turn to breathe, expel alot of air, and then gasp in a large amount of air to replace it. By the time I hit 25 yards I would be standing at the edge of the pool gasping to catch my breath. I'm going to try this again with a consistent "hum" beginning to end. When I run out of "hum", then I'll breathe. I think when I got that feeling that I needed to breathe, it's not that I needed air, it's that I'm tightening my abs to hold some air in and trying to exhale air at the same time. I'm trying too hard to control the exhale of air instead of just letting it happen. Thanks for the video
I am glad you found my video helpful. This humming exercise is a good way to start learning for novice swimmers for acquiring muscle memory for breathing and breathing rhythm in the water. Practice this until it becomes automatic. There's more to breathing, though. A lot depends on the angle of the face in the water, on the level of exertion, and some other things.
One of the best explains I'll do practice tomorrow.
I am glad you found my video helpful! Are you practicing for water safety or for a lifeguarding certification?
Good demonstration thank you
You are welcome. Thank you for taking the time to comment.
Are there adult classes for syncro? I did this as a kid but never got to the good stuff....
If you are in the States, you can look up "Artistic Swimming Masters programs". The term "Masters" is used for athletic programs for adults (in most sports other than golf). Awhile ago I'd visited a program like that in Manhattan.
That was awesome. Thank you
You are welcome! I am glad you found this video helpful.
I went on the higher one 160 foot
How was it?
can I ask where you got the nose plug from please? Great video it has really helped me out.
Well, in the United States, I buy my nose plugs/clips either from sporting goods stores or Amazon. Also fitness centers with swimming pools usually sell swimming equipment. Temu sells them, too.
In this video I show how to make one out of a wire, in case if other options aren't available. ruclips.net/video/LBxCShbgXhg/видео.html
@@easyflowing thank you!🙏
You are welcome! 🙌
This tutorial series is most practical of all the youtube swimming lessons
I am glad you found my videos valuable! Thank you for your comment. What are you working on in your swimming lessons?
@@easyflowing I am beginner level learner, I am trying to learn how to breath. Many times even though I exhale under water I feel desire to exhale, gasping, then I start to sink 🙂. Also, I am finding difficult how and how strong to kick. I am pretty sure I will learn from your series.
Should use it over the sink or a very large bowl or a large towel underneath
I just use it on a table with paper towels nearby for drying the area and for blowing my nose. A regular towel will definitely work if you don't want to be wasteful. Of course, if you are blessed with a bathroom with a huge countertop, that will work, too since the used solution needs to be gotten rid of.
God loves you beautiful angel
You are the best! ❤️
Thank you!!
You are welcome! 🙌
Thank u somuch i like this

Am to scared to go on them lol
It's good to start with smaller ones.
This water slide is one of the tallest ride in the world... lucky!
There's a taller one in the same park... I didn't go to that one 🤦♀️
Thank you😅
You are welcome ❤️
When you say, tuck chin, do you mean look down at a 45 degree angle or pull your head back, as if you are trying to touch the wall with the back of your head
Do a movement to make a double chin.
mam simple is tilt your head one side (where water is stuck) and tap the head from the another side ( I don't know why no one is following this trick ) 😅
I'll try it next time. Thank you for your suggestion!
Tf is wrong with crossing ur legs 🫤
I was so shocked that crossing my legs was not my main focus.
It’s not scary I rode it three times today but good job
I was shocked, that's it.
Good afternoon. I noticed that you blow your nose incorrectly, thereby provoking the discharge of water and mucus deeper into the sinuses. And it is very important to purge after rinsing the nose, as yogis do with jala neti. The bottom line is that in your case, the effect may not be from washing. Below I will attach links to videos that I hope will be useful for you. ruclips.net/video/bCQe4p6MU8A/видео.html
Hello Alexey. I appreciate your concern and your desire to help me. I will definitely watch the video!
Thank you very much for your help..
You are very welcome!
Thank you for your imstruction…
You are welcome. Are you learning for lifeguarding or for your own safety?
Do you have any tips for carrying somebody on your shoulder and doing eggbeater backwards? It's a lifesaving technique and I'm really struggling. Would love your help.
Why would you need to carry someone on your shoulders in deep water? For lifeguarding there are different types of holds, none of which include shoulders... Do you mean an under armpit grip?
@@easyflowing Yes, and the submerged unconscious victim rescue.
@@imsocookedman as far as I remember, getting a submerged victim up, out of the water, you'd need to use one arm to hold the body and use the other arm to help you pull the water while doing scissor kicks upward. To practice that, I'd suggest to practice with a weightlifting plate or a heavier kettlebell. Pulling a body would be easier, however, practicing with something heavier would build up your strength.
@@imsocookedman will you be able to use a rescue tube while pulling the body backwards using the eggbeater kick? It's usually placed in between yourself and the person.
❤❤❤
Thank you ❤️
I am from Kherson originally and live in Chicago for over 30 years now. I exercise and swim daily. Have long hair never liked to wet my hair:) Always loved to swim and up until few weeks ago I decided to learn how to swim better the right way with head down etc bought myself fins, gloves, cap with nice clip and learning how to breath in the water:) I swam on the back much easier, sideways and with head down. Any advices for the beginner? Great video
Hello Diana. Here is a playlist with videos focused on correct breathing: Breathing For Beginner Swimmers: ruclips.net/p/PLlni5Zb5tjJnryxxTNOUw0nUQvLa391F2 I hope it helps.
In this playlist, my student had a fear of water, so we started with basic skills. See if you find something helpful. Fear of Water (Lessons in Open Water): ruclips.net/p/PLlni5Zb5tjJmZhWlFRqkpHdQOdy_eNzGC
To actually be able to help, I need to know your goals in swimming. What exactly are you trying to achieve?
It is evident how unsatisfactory America is; observe how effortlessly they amuse themselves in that region. It is quite disheartening; there seems to be no standard of propriety. Why would anyone be interested in witnessing an individual extract boogers from their nose? I feel dismayed by this.
@UnknownHomie If you had a problem breathing due to chronic rhinitis or sinusitis, you would want to find something helpful to heal. Did you know that mouth breathing is linked to hearth problems? You probably didn't. I am happy that you have no health problems. However, before passing judgment, you should educate yourself about health problems some people are dealing with. By the way, wich America are you talking about, North or South?
Wow they make it so three buttons have to be pushed. Unbelievable 😂 did they not think people would find a way around this?
@jasonmelo9379 Exactly, especially with how much they charge for the pods!
I can't use this without swallowing and choking on the water!
Yes, the back of the throat has to be closed to keep the solution out. See if you like this one better, my whole family, including the kids, uses it with ease: ruclips.net/user/shorts3Pomi90l_d8?feature=share

I am definitely going to practice this routine. I confuse myself during practice. It's not easy for me to look at my instructor underwater. I also read another viewer comment regarding being nerves at the deeper end. I agree with this comment. You stated to practice in shallow water first. When I tried in the past, I continued to til backward or go underwater. My instructor told me to push my pelvis upwards and still continue to til backward. Any recommendation? Thank you so much for your videos. It's so helpful to start fresh and remind calm.
This one isn't an easy skill to learn, so keep practicing. Since you aren't able to keep your body in a vertical position, it tells me that you are unable to keep balance in water. I would suggest for you to practice these exercises, they will help you with strengthening your muscles for balancing: Strength Exercises In Water For Balance And Swimming: ruclips.net/p/PLlni5Zb5tjJmib-12WS1zD7KncCryC3pp PS some videos don't have sound. I have to figure out how to fix this issue.

Imagine being scared to the water and learning how to swim? Yeah I can relax...
I know exactly what you are talking about. Here's a playlist with videos from my work with my student who had a fear of water: Fear of Water (Lessons in Open Water): ruclips.net/p/PLlni5Zb5tjJmZhWlFRqkpHdQOdy_eNzGC
Hey....I started learning swimming before 6 days .I am unable to float without a floater ,i can glide with the help of floater and kick borad but when i start kicking my body doesn't move forward and my coach said that my legs , abdomen and shoulders becomes regid when i start to kick ( even with the support of pool wall )and I might have fear of water but I just love water even I enjoyed scuba diving a lot with a guide. Plz tell me how to overcome this !!! Being water lover and not able to swim really frustrates me.
Hi! You see, I start with teaching my students in a vertical position and go into a streamline position when their bodies are ready strengthwise. You can do these exercises on your own to prepare your body for swimming: Strength Exercises In Water For Balance And Swimming: ruclips.net/p/PLlni5Zb5tjJmib-12WS1zD7KncCryC3pp Some videos are without sound, I have to figure out how to fix it.
Hi, i think she's like me, i learn whit a personal trainer, not in a group, maybe you need someone by your side, a guide,a teacher,a trainer into the water with you, you can do it .
Every year I go to water Safari so I am technically an expert of enchanted force old Forge. That’s a great start to your you have been through a couple a couple of rides like that. I bet you’ll be fine. Be careful really good for your stomach or something or something that’s not filled with water at least try to placebefore slides
It also some how made you hot
Did you go on the taller Jungle Jammer?
I was going to but my kids decided to run down back to this level and I was "forced" to follow them. 😅
Is it painful?
There's definitely discomfort. The discomfort level will depend a percentage of chlorine or salt in the water. For example, it's possible to keep the eyes open in the Black Sea but absolutely impossible in the Dead Sea.
I went there today I went to try that one a year and I’m never going on again
You didn't like that particular slide or the whole park?
The body must straight or bend 45°????
The higher up your body is to the surface, the easier it is for you to stay afloat, so bent would be better. Also, it will depend on a desired direction of movement through the water. Moving backwards, your legs will come up closer to the surface infront. Moving forward, your mody will lean forward but your hips will have to open up so that your legs would stay in the back. Moving sideways, your body will lean to the side and it will have to bend in your hip joint and your waist to the side. You can look through these videos if you'd like more visual examples, that is if your question is about treading water as a whole, not just sculling: Eggbeater Kick: ruclips.net/p/PLlni5Zb5tjJnu1wq8sRH4k3QLQVwk6CYc

That wall is gonna cave in if those are the support beams for it
Thank you for your caring reply. I have a longer video, where I mentioned attaching these to the studs behind. It's been around 7 years of use and the wall is still standing.
So, the humming comes from the nose, and not the mouth… face stays relaxed. Is that correct?.
Yes, that is correct, the humming happens when the mouth is closed and the air comes out through the nose. The face should stay relaxed as should the body.
I come back with a update, washing your wetsuit in fresh water constanty after use should avoid this issue.
Thank you. I rinsed my suit with fresh water every time after using it in the pool. How did you wash your suit?
@@easyflowing usualy the shower and i own several, i wear mostly wetsuits meant for a triathlon, thankfully i think my towns pool is not clorinated but rather carbon filtered just like my home towns , there is one i went to that used baking soda as well, i think the only pool i went to was chlorinated was the worlds largest indoor pool(thanks to the odd flavor id get from it its needed for such a popular place) which is an hour and a half from me, look up West Edmonton mall water park, also home to the largest indoor rollercoaster too for a sidenote, also what probably saves my suits and not just fresh water is i don't go everyday certainly in the summer as my job comes as a priority, self employed landscaper.
